Terms of Use

1. Operator and agreement

Stayrr is operated by Vladan Marković, an individual operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina. By downloading or using Stayrr, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which is the baseline software license for the App Store version. If these terms conflict with mandatory law, that law controls.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stayrr. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian where legally required. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

3. What Stayrr does

Stayrr is a focus and follow-through tool intended to add friction when you try to leave planned work for selected apps. It is not medical, mental-health, educational, or professional advice.

Stayrr does not guarantee productivity, discipline, academic or professional performance, behavior change, or any psychological outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and work.

4. Apple Screen Time dependency

Stayrr depends on Apple technologies, including Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity, StoreKit, and operating-system behavior. Authorization, enforcement, system pickers, callbacks, and availability are controlled in part by Apple.

Stayrr cannot guarantee that Apple system APIs will be uninterrupted, error-free, available on every device or operating-system version, or enforce restrictions at every moment. Do not rely on Stayrr for safety-critical restrictions or emergencies.

5. Acceptable use

You may use Stayrr only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not attempt to interfere with the app or website, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, misuse Apple platform capabilities, or use Stayrr to violate another person’s rights.

6. Subscriptions

Plans

Stayrr offers an auto-renewable weekly subscription with no free trial and an auto-renewable yearly subscription. The yearly plan includes a three-day introductory free trial only when Apple and RevenueCat determine that your Apple account is eligible.

Price and trial conversion

The actual localized price and currency are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. If you begin an eligible yearly trial, it converts to the paid yearly subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through your Apple account or App Store subscription settings. Deleting Stayrr does not cancel a subscription.

Restore Purchases

Restore Purchases asks Apple and RevenueCat to verify an existing entitlement associated with your Apple account. A successful restore depends on their records and services.

Refunds

Apple processes subscription payments and controls refund requests and decisions. You can request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service or follow Apple’s current support guidance.

7. Product and service changes

Stayrr may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including in response to platform, security, legal, or product requirements. Subscription terms already accepted through Apple remain subject to Apple’s applicable rules. These terms may be updated; an updated effective date will be posted here.

8. Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stayrr is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use Stayrr.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer guarantees, refund rights, or other protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without depriving you of mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply in your country of residence. These terms do not require you to bring a dispute only in a court in Bosnia and Herzegovina where applicable law gives you another right.
